The Diversity and Inclusion Manager helps to support and enact activity that relate to diversity and inclusion, to ensure that these key Tate values are reflected in the way that the organisation operates. This role is perfect for someone who likes to work with people and communities to design programmes that can support organisational change.
This really is an essential part of our journey to be a more inclusive and representative organisation that is open, bold, rigorous, and kind. The role provides project and programme management that supports initiatives in our people, audience, and programme teams. A key function of the role is to support the vision of enabling Tate’s people to thrive and to shift the workforce to reflect the UK population today more closely.
The Diversity and Inclusion Manager builds our internal and external networks and communities to reduce stigma, increase visibility and challenge stereotypes and bias. The post-holder will be a subject matter expert in D&I trends and will be able to deliver and commission great practice training that engages people at different levels.
Applicants may have a background in community development, organisational change, managing networks or diversity and inclusion. We are looking for someone who is open to different voices, bold in making change happen, rigorous in their practice and kind in their approach.
