Overall Purpose of the Role

• To protect and communicate the Jimmy Choo brand
• To elevate the brand positioning of Jimmy Choo
• To support the business objectives of Jimmy Choo
• To drive sales across all channels, geographies and product categories

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Central Marketing Projects & Licensing:

• Coordinate the different marketing programs that animate the seasonal launches (e.g. partnerships, pop up stores)
• Marketing support for any brand collaborations including project managing with key stakeholders internally
• Manage the Made-To-Order programme and any collection updates and communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders internally
• Manage market research projects which may arise as a business need
• Oversee the company CRM gifting programme which includes the design, manufacture and delivery of the goods to all markets as well as communicating the strategy behind each gifting initiative to stores and internal stakeholders
• Liaise with all license partners ensuring that marketing programs are coordinated
• Maintain brand integrity across all license partner marketing programs
Marketing Coordination for Regions:
• Provide strategic direction for regional marketing in line with global brand and commercial objectives
• Facilitate market materials and support from Head Office to regions including: US, Japan, Asia and EMEA
• Communicate marketing programs internally


Retail Marketing:

• Create marketing tools in line with the regions for in-store marketing. Work on all aspect of retail marketing (e.g. events, boutique animation, clienteling tools) 

Creative Services & Content Management:

• Oversee the management of all creative requests from central and regions and work closely with the brand image team to ensure assets are delivered on time to global and regional offices
• Oversee creative services calendar
• Update and organise the “Shared Marketing Assets” Folder with all visual assets available for each project in collaboration with the Creative Services Team
• Support Head of Global Marketing to ensure efficient communication of all seasonal content and its usage to internal stakeholders globally as well as external partners where relevant
• Assist with the post-production process on campaign and ecommerce shoots ensuring timelines are met Media Coordination and Reporting for Regions:
• Communicate the media planning and image strategy to all regional marketing managers
• Ensure that all regional media plans are in line with the company strategy and budget and approved internally
• Compile all media plans to create one comprehensive plan which summarizes all global media activity
• Ensure invoices and advertising recharges are processed, in keeping with the yearly budget


Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Demonstrate experience in luxury fashion, retail marketing
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent PowerPoint skills

• Excellent project management & organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fashion and luxury

• Meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
