Based in our new Global Business Services centre in Wakefield, you will be the primary contact for Reward queries and advice.  You will support the Reward Team with customer focussed delivery and advise on all aspects of reward and employee benefits for the Group.  Key to success in the role will be ensuring Reward processes are embedded, whilst maintaining customer focus and in doing so support our Reward strategy.

Salary: £26,776

About The Role

You'll provide first line specialist advice, dealing with queries from employees and managers on compensation, benefits, reward and recognition, and performance management. The role is also responsible for routine and ad hoc reward reporting and managing employee lifecycle compensation and benefits changes. You'll support employees advising and directing them to employee benefits, reward tools and systems available across the Group. This will include our Imagine flexible benefits platform; reward, benefits and pension pages on our intranet; our performance management site; and other online portals.

As Reward Advisor you will also liaise with third party providers to help answer queries from employees. You'll identify and maintain market price intelligence that is related to Reward and HR activities, and will monitor compensation and benefit trends, making suggestions for improvements.

About You

Your experience will have been gained from a reward and benefits type environment. You'll need to demonstrate an understanding of reward in its many strands. As part of our new shared service centre, you'll need to be a a great team player who can also work independently. You must have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

You'll be working in a busy environment, so you must have exceptional time management skills, enabling you to deliver outstanding results - often within tight and challenging timescales. Experience of human resources systems such as SAP Success Factors would be useful.
