Supporting the business as part of a team of Associates you’ll screen application forms, conduct telephone interviews or assess video interviews for some of the world’s best-known employers.
The candidate experience is central to everything we do, and you will receive a briefing on how to utilise screening tools to conduct assessments and information about our quality assurance procedures.
Who we’re looking for
You must have the following:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Client and candidate focus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Intermediate user of technology, Ms Office and Excel
