We are creating a new Museum for London in the heart of the City in the coming years. We are transforming the way we operate, reinterpreting our collections for new audiences and planning for the move of our collections to a new museum in Smithfield.
Would you like to lead the team whose work underpins much of this transformational project?
The Head of Information Resources role will lead and manage the staff, resources and activities of the department responsible for documentation, registration, the library and archives including its input into organisational wide projects and the new museum programme.
The person appointed into the role will have experience of strategic leadership and managing complex programmes. They will have worked in a leadership role in registration, collections management or collections information management in a comparable organisation. They will have excellent advocacy and communication skills.
