At GTR they are looking for a Head of Stations to play an integral role in achieving their business strategy of Delivering Brilliant Basics, Building Strong Partnerships and Shifting Perceptions – all to ensure they deliver a fantastic service to their customers on every journey.
To achieve this, GTR are looking for a customer centric and people focused individual to help deliver world class customer service by motivating and developing their Southern Stations team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the leadership, management and development of all station operations on the Southern network.
Your key tasks will include:
· Creating a customer focussed, high performing culture · Providing strategic leadership to a large department including management of six Area Managers · Continually improving the motivation and engagement of the Stations team · Promoting a safe and secure stations environment
