Trustees play a fundamental role in the strategic development of the organisation by empowering their invaluable experience and skills within a leadership role. A trustee must act in the best interests of the trust's beneficiaries.
Who can become a trustee?

- Treasurer experience
As a trustee you are part of a team and will have the opportunity to apply your unique skills and experience while learning from others. Working with a passionate team of people who have different perspectives is often one of the most enjoyable aspects of the role. Being a trustee can be very rewarding. As a trustee you have the chance to support and shape the work and strategic direction of an organisation for a cause that matters.
We welcome first-time trustees who are passionate about social change and want to make a difference to society.
If you think that you have the time commitment (usually four Board meetings per year), the passion to help effect meaningful change and the desire to make a significant difference to a cause that matters to you, please get in touch.
Please submit your CV and cover letter explaining why you would like to become a trustee and any areas of particular interest such as a cause or issue you are particularly passionate about.
